MBIC

The MBIC study will collect and critically analyse the policies and practices implemented by EU-28 as well as in Serbia and Turkey in accordance with Articles 9-11 of the EED and based on the technical / economical exceptions and thresholds implemented in policy for deploying individualised metering / heat cost allocation and billing for heat and cold/warm water in multi-apartment and multi-purpose buildings. The results are to be disseminated in additional meetings targeting the members of the Energy Efficiency Committee and the Concerted Action for the Energy Efficiency Directive as well as five dedicated training workshops in five Member States.
