LuxeHEval

The eHealth Strategy of the Grand-Duché de Luxembourg – Empirical Analysis of its Implementation (for the Caisse nationale de santé (CNS), Luxembourg). The study analyses the health policy context and its reflection in the eHealth strategy – adopted about 10 years ago -, collects and analyses empirical data and other evidence on intended and actual usage of eHealth infrastructure services, tools and applications, and undertakes extensive interviews and discussions with all core players and stakeholders on their assessment of usage, usability, and vision for a further developed digital health system.
