BosniaStrat

The goal of this project is to improve the effectivenes, efficiency and quality of healthcare services provision in the hospitals in Bosnia and Herzegovina by implementing a system of hospital payments in order to obtain better health value from the funds that are being invested in the health system. This proposal describes the project approach and methodology to implement hospital funding reform based on payment for outputs as described by the DRG classifications.
